Terms of Service

License

By purchasing a license to SociogramPlus, you are granted a non-exclusive, personal, and limited right to use the software in accordance with these Terms. The license is personal and may not be transferred, sublicensed, or shared with third parties without prior written permission.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are stated excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed via Stripe and may be made by card or invoice. When purchasing a subscription, payment is automatically renewed at the end of each billing period until the subscription is cancelled. By completing a purchase, you authorize automatic recurring charges according to the selected subscription plan.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account page. The license will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period. Upon cancellation, automatic renewal will cease and no further charges will be made. No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods unless required by applicable law.

Right of Withdrawal

By purchasing a digital service and gaining immediate access to the software, you expressly acknowledge and agree that the statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in accordance with EU consumer protection law for digital content delivered immediately.

Limitation of Liability

SociogramPlus is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SociogramPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, including cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how the software is used and for ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection and educational regulations where relevant. You are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of all local data files. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from hardware failure, software failure, user error, or other external causes.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Sweden.
